  1. Deposit Requirement: A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. This deposit will be applied towards the total cost of the service.
  2. Cancellation Notice: If you need to cancel your booking, we kindly request that you provide us with as much notice as possible. This allows us to accommodate other clients and manage our resources effectively.
  3. Deposit Refunds: The refund of your deposit is subject to the circumstances and timing of the cancellation. We understand that unforeseen situations may arise, and we will assess each cancellation on a case-by-case basis.
  4. Owner's Discretion: The owner reserves the right to make exceptions or consider extenuating circumstances that may warrant a partial or full refund of the deposit, even if the cancellation falls within the non-refundable timeframe.
